Bolton Resourcing is working with an established executive search firm looking for an Executive Search Researcher to join its team and work closely with experienced Partners on senior-level assignments.

The firm specialises in senior appointments across areas including pensions, investments, wealth management and insurance.

The role

This is a client-facing executive search research role, supporting C-suite and senior-level mandates. You’ll be involved in:

• Market mapping and sector research
• Identifying and approaching senior talent
• Building market intelligence
• Supporting C-suite search assignments
• Producing research, reports and white papers
• Developing relationships with clients and candidates

About you

I’m interested in candidates with experience in research, executive search and market intelligence within Financial services.

Strong research and analytical skills are important, along with commercial awareness, good communication skills and an interest in building knowledge across financial services.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced executive search professionals, gain exposure to senior mandates and develop strong expertise across some of the most important areas of financial services.

Salary: to £60000 + bonus
