An exciting and potentially very lucrative role for an experienced senior IT recruitment consultant to set up an IT recruitment team for a new office opening in Andover, Hampshire. This position will give you the opportunity to deal in any IT recruitment vertical across the UK, with no restrictions at all.

This office is being opened by a highly successful financial services recruitment business which is looking to broaden its exposure to new recruitment sectors.

The company is a successful, well known and financially secure business run by highly experienced recruiters who have a tremendous track record of building teams and mentoring and guiding recruitment consultants. It is a London based company which is looking to expand by opening an additional office whilst opening up new market sectors.

You will be a senior IT recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge which represents a genuine career opportunity. Either you will have generalist IT recruitment knowledge or be a niche market specialist. Business development and account management will come naturally, and you will want to become part of a new team which you will be able to help shape and define its future direction. The company has a well established City client base which you will be able to leverage off.

So, in a nutshell, this position will not involve any commuting, it will allow you to work in any IT recruitment sector, anywhere, without restriction, allow you to put your stamp on a new team and also offers a genuinely generous package.
