An ideal opportunity for an experienced and dynamic senior risk management recruitment consultant to join an ambitious, highly successful search and selection firm based in the City.
This role could enable you to run the whole of the risk management and quantitative recruitment team, either now or in the short term future.
Dealing with salaries from £70k to £200k, this position will appeal to an experienced risk recruitment consultant looking to work in a search led environment where the infrastructure gives every recruitment consultant every tool needed to succeed. There are existing PSL agreements with leading investment banks, a team of dedicated researchers, an excellent brand and inspirational leaders and colleagues.
The company is prepared to offer market leading packages to attract the best recruitment consultants. The base salary is highly competitive and the personal commission structure is one of the best in the London recruitment market.
