A new role for an experienced insurance recruitment manager.
Our client is a fast growing, profitable and well funded recruitment consultancy based in the City.
It is looking to make an additional senior hire by appointing an experienced recruitment consultant to head up its new insurance division.  This division will work alongside the existing, successful financial services recruitment team which currently operates across finance, risk, compliance and audit.
To be of interest you will be a highly experienced recruitment consultant who has proven management experience and an in-depth knowledge of the insurance recruitment sector.  Ideally you will have worked in one or all of the risk, compliance, audit or actuarial recruitment sectors.

Our client is a privately owned, London based, recruitment consultancy which is in the process of building a global recruitment business.  We are retained to find an experienced recruitment manager to manage one of its established divisions.  This team is made up of experienced recruitment consultants and is already successful.  It has significant growth potential and the company is looking for a recruitment manager who can lead from the front and enable that potential to be realised.

The team currently places at the mid to senior level within the Banking and Insurance sectors, both on a permanent and interim/contract basis and has a number of excellent relationships with industry leading clients.

To be of interest you will have previous experience of managing teams of  recruitment consultants, a detailed knowledge of the Banking or Insurance recruitment sectors, proven profit and loss responsibility, be highly ambitious and be able to attract, motivate  and manage experienced recruitment consultants.

This is an important role for the company and the successful candidate will form part of its senior management team and sit on the operational board.  The earnings potential will reflect this and will include a base salary up to £100k, share option and a generous bonus structure.
