Researcher/Delivery Consultant – ERP Recruitment – London
To £35k + commission + profit share
Our client is an ERP recruitment consultancy based in London. It is a small firm run by highly experienced recruitment consultants who take pride in their ability to provide tailored recruitment solutions to its international client base.
The company has more than enough senior level business coming through and needs to accelerate its expansion plans. It is looking for an experienced researcher or delivery consultant to work on existing recruitment campaigns. This will involve identifying candidates, making initial approaches through to working with the recruitment consultants to ensure successful completion.
To be of interest you must have experience as a recruitment consultant within the ERP or Business Intelligence recruitment sectors or be a proven researcher or delivery consultant. People with fluency in an additional European language will be of specific interest.
The role will suit a researcher or recruitment consultant who wants to work in a role with no business development within a small flexible recruitment consultancy which, while it takes business very seriously, has a relaxed, fun environment.
The salary package is negotiable and will include a personal commission structure and the potential for profit share.

To be of interest you will be a polished, experienced permanent IT recruitment consultant with an excellent track record of delivery. An exposure to business development is desirable as, although these recruitment consultants’ positions are delivery focussed, the role will include some new business development.
The salary package is very attractive; it will include a generous basic salary and an excellent OTE.

Our client is a privately owned recruitment consultancy based in the City. It has six recruitment teams which operate in niche recruitment markets and each team is a market leader in its specialist sector.
It is looking for a recruitment resourcer to join one of its recruitment teams. This role is to work alongside experienced recruitment consultants with the remit of ensuring that there is a constant supply of qualified candidates. It is an already busy desk and the role will concentrate purely on candidate generation, there is no business development.
